Shot by photographer Adrian Rios, our latest editorial follows the Carhartt WIP skate team through the city of Madrid at dusk, spotlighting the contrast between this season’s hardwearing yet loose-fit denim and soft graphic sweats.
Garments such as the Brandon Pant, made of thick Smith denim and cut in a loose straight fit, are paired with jersey-based items like the Hooded Happy Script Sweatshirt, which has been brushed for a fleece-like backing. In women’s, meanwhile, the straight and high-waisted fit of the W’ Stayton Pant is complemented by the W’ L/S Vino T-Shirt, woven from lightweight organic cotton.
Denim finishes range from stone-washed to light-used, with the former denoting a softer feel and subtly faded appearance, and the latter referring to styles that are much lighter in color. The selection is rounded out by headwear such as the Gordan Beanie and signature Acrylic Watch Hat.
