Carhartt WIP Presents: Themes For Great Cities Sommerfest

Düsseldorf-based label Themes For Great Cities is hosting a day party on Saturday 30th July at the Vier Linden Biergarten, from 4pm to 12am. The event will feature recent label signees and longtime collaborators. On the lineup is Inre Kretsen Grupp, an artist hailing from Malmö, Sweden, who will be bringing his breezy blend of experimental downtempo and leftfield dub to Düsseldorf. Also from Malmö, DJ Prins Emanuel will spin an ever-eccentric selection of tracks at the event. Additional esoteric sounds will come courtesy of Georgian DJ and multimedia artist Keta Gavasheli.

Then, band Folie 2, who recently released an album on the Themes For Great Cities imprint, will perform their fresh take on new wave, rock, and disco. The afterparty will take place at renowned local venue, Salon Des Amateurs.
