Contraflow is the Party in Barcelona

Starting on September 8th James Barrie (BBE) and Zero DB(Ninja Tune) will be bringing some of the most respected underground djs, exciting new talent, alternative music media, record labels and selectors to Barcelona every week to play their record collection their way over extended 4 hour sets.
The venue is Sala Instinto which is rapidly becoming the home in Barcelona for quality underground music. If you don’t know the club it’s on two floors with approximately 300 on each floor and nice sound systems. It’s right by Plaza Espanya on C/Mexico 7.
Labels so far confirmed for CONTRAFLOW are Ninja Tune, BBE Records, Compost & Soul Jazz and that’s just the start!! As well as inviting well known djs, labels, magazines & radio stations we will also be bringing the best young up and coming talent to Barcelona. Look out for djs & crews like Mr. Scruff, Zombie Disco Squad, Relevant BCN, Warp Records DJs, Jerry Dammers(The Specials), Groovin Barcelona, Bonobo, Krazy Baldhead, Toddla T, Seiji, Nouvelle Vague (DJ Set!), DJ Food, Marc Force, Soul Jazz SoundSystem, Serie B Magazine, DJ Money Shot, Beat Monkeys, Scanner FM, Martelo & No Fakin Djs. The list goes on…..
