Staying in the camping site that is right next to the park and the sea felt like being on holidays. Nevertheless we worked hard during our eight days stay, skating and documenting the Sibbarp Skatepark and the streetspots of Malmoe and also paying a visit to Copenhagen. A full report of the tour with Photos from Nils Svensson will be out in a upcoming issue of Kingpin Magazine and the videopart can be seen in the next issue of Place Video-Magazine.
The grand final of the tour was the Malmoe D.I.Y. event on saturday the 30th of May, organized by our friends from Bryggeriet Skatepark. It’s been a really fun day, no contest pressure, just enjoying the sunshine, having a beer with the crazy australian builders of the park in their “Desbarado” (“www.concreatures.com”) listening to live music and celebrating skateboard culture. Thanks again to the locals for a wonderful time!
Our three-month-intern Christian Petzold from Dresden/ Germany documented the weekend, check this nice clip filmed and edited by him:
And take a visual journey through the digital eye of Vanessa Toledano!
More photos from the tour coming soon!!
