Spring/Summer 2016: Lookbook

For Carhartt WIP’s S/S 2016 menswear line, we've stripped-down and re-built iconic concepts showcasing the Work In Progress attitude at the forefront.

The newest collection continues to treat traditional athletic insignias with a street-style hand in the form of substantial textiles and striking typography. Each item reflects Carhartt WIP’s commitment to creating pieces that blur the lines between bold streetwear and timeless functionality. 

The S/S 2016 collection is partly influenced by Carhartt’s birthplace of Detroit. The Ghetto Palm pattern, inspired by a resilient, flowering tree native to abandoned concrete slabs made its way to the collection this season, alongside techno-influenced visuals.

Carhartt WIP’s development and expansion of our womenswear line reaches new heights for S/S 2016. This season, expect feminine details and silhouettes to frame classic Carhartt WIP staples: fresh fabrics, solid lines, and reimagined heritage prints.
